One Punch Man (manga) 121: Yeahhh Child Emperor back in action. His encounter with Evil Natural Water was very brief in the webcomic but it might get fleshed out some more here. The most CE the better! And Darkshine in action looked impressive, too. A chance for Murata to go crazy with the muscle art, haha.

Haikyuu! 373: Still finding this a bit of a grind, but it is nice seeing how carefully-rendered the Portuguese and Argentinian Spanish is.

The Promised Neverland 158: What I liked – oddly enough, I like good and bad characters standing across from one another spouting their philosophical views. What I disliked – blob creature dies because it can’t contain the power of its blobs and blob faces shout at it as it turns to gloop. It’s just too lazy and cliché for this series.

Samurai 8 27: This still means little to nothing to me. I don’t care about the cat’s true Naruto-ish form. All this stuff about using upgrades manually attached to your core is such dreary world-building. And the fight has no appreciable stakes.

Dr Stone Reboot: Byakuya 04: Amazing art as usual. The cutesy robot was a bit much, but raised a bittersweet smile at least. It’s all a bit silly but fleshes out the series background well.
