The Promised Neverland 17: a predictable turn at the end, but the ‘helper in the books’ is quite an interesting development. Time to get to the escape arc, though.
Haikyuu! 232: Shoes safely retrieved! And interesting to see some local place rendered here too.
One Punch Man 68.2: Tatsumaki appears and this annoying octopus thing is done with. So let’s get back to Saitama already!
Mob Psycho 100 97.7-8; Dimple has gone too far at last, and the next chapter will be very interesting. But the way we finally reached 100% was amazing. This series still has amazing laughs.
One Piece 847: a rare instance of Luffy not being able to stick to his plan, his story took a turn for the less interesting. More interested now in Chopper and Brook’s parts.

The Promised Neverland 016: Hrmm, the secondary characters are acting on their own and messing things up. I’m not sure this is a good development. It feels like more treading water. But it could be of vital importance. We’ll see.

One Piece 846: the plot moved quite swiftly here and we saw what Brook is up to, which is nice. Not sure where Luffy’s plot will go now, but I’m at least interested, and it’s nice that Oda is readying all the pieces for the eventual end of the series, though it’s still likely a few years off.
Boruto 007: last time things got much more interesting, and here we had a decent fight. Wouldn’t mind the kages showing themselves to be absurdly higher-level than everything we’ve seen so far, especially Gaara, but then the levelled up bad guy looked pretty cool in the cliffhanger.

Haikyuu! 231: lots of great character moments in this chapter, from Hinata, Bokuto, Nishinoya and Tsukki – all characters I’ve grown to really enjoy. And the final pinch is quite a funny one, too – yet potentially serious!

The Promised Neverland 014: I’m not sure if this was a rewrite after a negative reaction to the last chapter or if it was planned all along. The fact this chapter’s information was kept secret this long doesn’t really make sense. But it certainly puts the title and characters in a much better, much more interesting place than before, so effectively it undoes the previous misstep.

The Promised Neverland 013: Kind of lost me with this little twist. I’m now much less sympathetic to a major character and it just doesn’t ring true that Mama’s had all this information but just acted the way she has. Eh.
