One Piece 735: More satisfying this week - a lot happened. Luffy and co are making progress, Franky got some action, DoFlamingo and the blind marine started sizing each other up and best of all, Sabo from the flashback stepped forward. Will be interesting to watch where it goes. 

Naruto 662 spun out the possibilities for what the previous chapter promised, without making them even remotely more likely. This is supposed to be the nadir of the heroes' effort, but it's so anticlimactic and unlikely that there really is no chance at all things will stay this way. So it's devoid of all tension.
