One Punch Man (webcomic) 111: Ahh, One finally made a new chapter! And it was more King silliness, but that’s still welcome. The chapter really picked up in the last few pages with Saitama’s classic deadpan responses, and then the little Flash appearance at the end was hilarious. Interesting to see Garou, too. I assume he’ll get a redemption arc at some point.
One Punch Man (webcomic) 110: Oh! I’d missed this chapter. So there was a bridge between silly King chapters with plot development. Several heroes retiring or going to the new rival association. That’s pretty interesting and sets up conflict between the two factions. I wonder how this is going to go and really hope One keeps updating. Not all that keen on the silly self-referential gag about the managaka found dead after his webcomic stopped for two years, though, haha.
One Punch Man (manga) 107: This kind of art is why reading the manga is so far beyond what you get in the anime. I wonder if Saitama vs Orochi is going to be a significant addition or over in a few panels. Either way it looks incredible.
One Piece 940: Not sure how much value the set-up in the first half of the chapter will have in the future, but the second half was intriguing and I’m still really keen to see what part Big Mom plays here
Haikyuu 346: Tsukki continues to provide some of the best humorous moments, meanness notwithstanding! Will be good to see Hinata getting the weight of the set on his shoulders after the rotation.
The Promised Neverland 132: despite the fantastic art for the nobles and the cuteness of a messenger owl, I’m uncertain about the direction this manga is going. That cheesy chess imagery did very little for me, and what’s actually going on with our main characters is not at all clear.
Dr. Stone 102: Okay, so how did Soyuz as a baby get across this sea? I wonder if that’s ever going to be explained. He still just seems like a very clumsy way to impart some information to our characters.
Chainsawman 19: at the very least, the sheer exuberance and simplicity of this title is refreshing. It knows what it’s going for and does it wholeheartedly. It reminds me, weirdly, of Judge Dredd.
Boruto 34: some excruciating bad guy dialogue this chapter. You can’t possibly win at that level! When you cannot win, that’s when I am sent out! Rargh! But the more homely stuff at the end was cute and I didn’t expect the fox to appear.

Chainsawman 18: Yeah, the cute lil chainsaw guy obviously has a history of being mega strong despite his appearance. Of all things, this reminds me of MÄR.

One Piece 939: Looks like Luffy found his new Yoda. Don’t know why this guy didn’t do that before.
Haikyuu! 345: Ah, so we’re getting this pattern again. Karasuno lose the first set and have to fight from way behind. Still don’t feel they’re remotely likely to lose to anyone but Bokuto, though.
The Promised Neverland 131: very odd first half to this chapter, where the process the kids are following is very esoteric and somewhat magical. Is this technology? Magic? The second half was interesting – great art that makes me curious to see this animated.
Dr. Stone 101: hrmm, after a strong chapter, this one felt like there were a few too many ass-pulls. Going to find things prepared for them in the past and guided by a random new character hailing from their destination is all a bit far for me.

One Punch man 106: aw yiss, we get to some of the good parts of the webcomic now. Not only did Darkshine’s moment get covered nice and briefly, we finally get some Saitama action. Great to see the ripples he causes even from far away. Then a cliffhanger with Tatsumaki. I know where all this goes but it’s so much fun to see it again, drawn so beautifully.

Kuroshitsuji 150: after how extreme and, to my mind, distasteful the manga got at the beginning of this arc, reverting to silly fujoshi-bait is very jarring to me. Doesn’t seem to bother the wider fandom, though. Perhaps I’m just overly sensitive to the idea of elite cultists who rape and kill children being used as a plot device. I don’t feel like I’m too sensitive to it, though.
Chainsawman 17: I guess we’re going to find out there’s some hidden manifest destiny to Denji and the chainsaw dog thing. It’s a bit lame but maybe this series will pull it off. I’m wondering how the characters escape this trap too.

Chainsawman 16: This chapter was something this series badly needed. A break and some character development. We learned a lot about almost every member of the team this time and there were some very funny moments. Not sure about all the cigarette talk in this kids’ manga. I guess it IS constantly trying to be edgy and push boundaries.
Dr. Stone 100: Ah Ginro, you stole the show in what was otherwise basically just a rolecall of all the main characters of the manga. It was a very amusing moment, heartening and disappointing at the same time.
Haikyuu! 344: Hahaha, we don’t get enough Tsukki and Kageyama interaction, but this little zinger at the end was gold. Time for Karasuno to figure out how to break this wall down. I expect them to take the first set, but maybe not.
The Promised Neverland 130: Off they go on their new mission. Dr. Stone and Neverland always seem to be in rhythm with one another, both starting a new arc with a departure chapter. I’m curious where this will take these characters, and it makes sense to have this new mission. Otherwise the plot is going to grind to a halt somewhat.
