Boruto 004: though he’s about to be conveniently interrupted, Boruto is in trouble. I have to say, his reaction to his father’s praise was cute. It seems bizarre Naruto grew up to a man who can’t express his emotions, but on some level it works well.

The Promised Neverland 002: from last week’s chapter I thought this one might be off to a real running start, but this second chapter put the brakes on, and I’m not sure I like that. The kids have to slowly figure out their way out of the trap they’re in, but the whole chapter just established that and that the mother has a tracking device. Not enough!
